About Dr. McInnis
Geraldine McInnis was born and educated in Washington, D.C. She is married to Larry McInnis and from this union they have three wonderful adult children and one grandson.
She was ordained in 1988 to the office of Elder and in 1991 she was consecrated as a pastor. Pastor McInnis is the founder of Royal Priesthood Temple of Praise in Lanham, Maryland. She is also the apostolic covering of other ministry gifts, churches and ministries. It is her role to strengthen and fortify leaders for their responsibilities and missions to the nations.
Dr. McInnis, affectionately known as "Dr. Mom" is a communicator and contributing writer for many publications. She currently writes for PreachingWoman.com online Christian Magazine as a regular columnist entitled "Online With Dr. Mom." She is also a collaborative author for the book The Fragmented Heart Healers. Her chapter "Loving Dearly While Hurting Deeply" speaks very candidly about the perils of a mother and her teenage daughter during an unexpected journey. Pastor McInnis is also a certified crisis interventionist.
Dr. McInnis has a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology from the Fort Wayne Theological Seminary and Bible College.
She is a sought out prophetic voice and delivers God's rhema word with illumination and precision-crossing racial, gender and generational barriers.
Dr. McInnis is a covenant partner with Christian International Network Ministries in Santa Rosa, Florida with Bishop Bill Hamon; a pastor with the New Beginning Fellowship of Churches founded by Bishop Darnell Leach; and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Geraldine McInnis' mission is to "bring help, hope and healing to hearts, homes and houses of God."
